Directors
Directors are engaged at the
outset and are called upon to commit to a continuity of
purpose ensuring that ViA receives their support and
guidance for long-term implementation.

CEO
The Chief
Executive Officer is involved in the planning and
implementation of ViA and receives training and coaching
in Values Centered Leadership. This training incorporates
Human Synergistics International’s Life Styles Inventory™
helping the CEO focus on developing Constructive Thinking
styles and modeling behaviors consistent with the
organization’s values. It also helps the CEO become more
effective in all aspects of his or her position.

Management
Values-Centered Leadership is also taught to key managers. Life
Styles Inventories and follow-up mentoring are employed to
help managers become more effective leaders and positive
role models for their subordinates and the youth they
serve.

Staff
Many
youth organizations are staffed by younger people who
often have desire, but not necessarily the skills, to be
effective teachers and modelers of positive behaviors. ViA
helps them evaluate their personal values systems and
provides practical advise on bringing those personal
systems into alignment with the core values of the
organization. It also teaches them how to pass those
values along to others.

Youth
Youngsters not only hear values messages during large and
small group activities, they observe and hopefully embrace
the values, constructive behaviors and life skills modeled
by the adults around them.
