Once an organization identifies its Core Values, We develop a Process Manual that serves as a guide for all staff members.

It helps staff and volunteers understand why the organization has adopted the values and what it means to align personal values with the Core Values. It also explains how the organization plans to implement the Values in Alignment process within the organization.

Filled with exercises and thought provoking concepts, the Process Manual serves as the textbook for ViA Orientation and a source for Discussion Guides used in monthly staff meetings.
