We never forget that Values in Alignment is all about youth.

Our formal classroom training helps youngsters and teens learn the Core Values and skills that will enable them to succeed in life. Ideally the 10-session program is conducted over a 5-week period. Curriculum Outline

Ten to 15 youngsters are in each group so everyone has an opportunity to be involved in the games and exercises designed to promote constructive behaviors.

The Leader’s Guide is coupled with Activity Books and Posters and incorporates a short pre and post program Evaluation Instrument that can show to what degree the classroom training is accomplishing its objectives.
