Values Integration Matrix

 

Like blueprints for a home, our Core Values Implementation Matrix™ defines the foundation, identifies the building materials and sets forth a plan of construction for a solid values program within an organization. In the Matrix above, the size of the dots represents the degree of emphasis on the various components.

Process Manual that incorporates definitions, guidelines for performing in accord with the values, stories that reinforce the values, and exercises that stimulate understanding.

Surveys and other measurement instruments to determine awareness of personal values and understanding and support of organizational values.

Agenda Item on meetings of the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, parents, youth, to ensure regular reinforcement of the values.
